Lecture contents

Definition of facility management and the most important facility services based on the current standards (EN15221).
Special attention is paid to the technical services:
Types of maintenance work to be carried out on machines and systems as well as parts of buildings in the health sector. Documentation obligation for the maintenance carried out. The various aspects of the operation and maintenance of the facilities in the healthcare system are worked out on the basis of concrete application examples.

Lecture and exercise content alternate. Based on concrete dimensioning examples, the students learn the steps to determine the heating or cooling capacity for a given room / construction phase.
