Introduction in Manual Therapy
Manual examination/ Physical examination:
active and passive movement, resistance tests, end feel, traction/ compression, joint play tests; introduction in neurodynamic, examination of mobility in the nervous system with selected standardised tests; evaluation and interpretation of the outcomes/ test results
Manual treatment methods:
Mobilisation with traction and compression, gliding techniques on selected joints of the extremities and spinal column sections as well as soft tissue techniques in some examples; principles of neurodynamic treatment; and the implementation of the physiotherapy process in Manual Therapy.

Basics and principles of treatment techniques based on Functional Kinetics (Mobilizing massage, lift-free/reduced lift mobilization, buttressing mobilization) in all movement planes, practical application in selected cases/examples
Realization of physiotherapeutic process taking account of treatment techniques and therapeutic exercises by selected examples/cases including reflection
Introduction in design and structure of therapeutic exercises with and without ball, cross-linking already acquired concepts of functional movement and exercises

Basics and principles of Treatment Techniques based on Functional Kinetics, practical application of Lift-Free/Reduced Lift Mobilization, Buttressing Mobilization and Mobilizing Massage in selected examples
Therapeutic Exercises:
Introduction in design and structure of Therapeutic Exercises and their functional analysis, basics of instruction and adapting to individual condition, practical application, instruction in patient language and correction of selected exercises with and without ball for functional training of abdominal and back muscles, for stabilisation and mobiliztion of spine and extremitiy joints and for leg axis training
Reflexion of patient examples
