Client-centeredness in occupational therapy, explanation of key terms and practising using selected case studies.
Attitude of occupational therapists and possibilities of application in palliative medicine.
Client-centred interviews and assessments.

Theoretische Einführung zu den Begriffen Supervision, Gruppentheorie, Gruppendynamik und Teamentwicklung.
Gruppensupervision (z.B. nach Balint) im Studium und in Praktika als Ressource für die Persönlichkeitsentwicklung erkennen und nützen. Erarbeitung individueller Strategien zum Konflikt- und Stressmanagement, Optimierung der Zusammenarbeit der Studierenden untereinander und mit Lehrenden. Umgang mit belastenden Ereignissen, bewusste Erfahrung und Reflexion der eigenen Person und des eigenen Verhaltens in der Gruppe.

Vertiefte Diskussion und Reflexion durchgeführter ergotherapeutischer Prozesse (Clinical Reasoning), des beruflichen Selbstverständnisses, ergotherapeutischer Grundhaltung, angewandter Dokumentationsformen, Praktikumsbericht.
