Offering stimuli to cause sensations, mental states, feelings, moods, atmosphere and to enable the perception and idea of one's own body. The students experience themselves physically in the context of their social and objective environment:
alone and with several persons
in different starting positions
in different situations
in a resting or relaxing position and moving around the room
one or two at a time, in groups
without and with manual contact
using exercise material and/or media
