Introduction understanding of terms - projects and the project management approach. Instruments and tools of project management such as boundary and context analysis, project assignment, performance, schedule, cost / resource planning, project organization,
communication structures.
Getting to know the essential processes (assignment, start, controlling, closing, marketing) in project management as well as pratical examples.

Assessment methods

Assessment of individual and group tasks and final examination

Teaching methods

Theory parts and practical exercise parts alternate. The exercises are partly carried out as individual and / or group work.
