Safety-, hygiene regulations and precautions applying to microbiological laboratories; collection and transport of clinical specimen; identification of common pathogens based on cultivation, morphological analysis of stained and native preparations; procedure and analysis of biochemical, immunological and molecularbiological tests; preperation and analysis of antibiograms; procedure and analysis of tests for the detection of antibodies; qualitycontrol; documentation and validation of the test results

Assessment methods

Practical and theoretical exam together with permanent assessment of performance

Combination of theoretical lectures and practical training; demonstration; stelf study
