Lecture contents

Students work on specific product management case studies and create in group work suggested solutions. These will be discussed in class with respect to their advantages and disadvantages. For new products and services, the different phases of the product life cycle are determined and discussed on their possible implementation variants.

Assessment methods

Students will be grouped in 4 teams (each with a leader & co-leader).

The exam has 2 components:
- presentation of analysis of a given business case by each team
- written examination about the fundamental concepts explained during the course

Explanation of basic concepts using examples taken from profesional experience.
Constant interactive involvement of the students.
Specific assignments to resolve small business cases in teams.
Opportunity of confrontation with innovative business leaders.

This Master Marketing Course is the follow up of the Bachelor Marketing Course. After a recap of the basic marketing concepts students will have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge into Strategic and Operarational Marketing and sales. Special attention will be given to subjects like Consumer behaviour, Business strategy Business development, Sales promotion.
