Basics of scientific work/research. differences between scientific and general hypotheses, Evidence Based Medicine, guidelines, principles of research in physiotherapy, phases of a research process, Basics and differences of qualitative and quantitative research, efficacy studies (sample, study design, generalisability, methods, relevance), quality criteria.
Research process (starting a research process, finding a topic, planning the design, literature search, analysing data, reporting data), referencing.

statistics:
Basics of statistics: parameters of descriptive statistics, inferential statistics, statistical tools for analysing relationships and differences
