Examples how to transfer principles of motor development to the whole lifespan

Experience of body-awareness: alone and with several persons/different starting positions/different situations/in a resting and relaxing position and in movement/relation to the group and moving around the room
Physical self-experience in the context of the individual social and objective environment
Experience of different categories of perception
Differentiation of different sensations, feelings, moods and atmosphere

Continuous assessment
Participation, prerequirements: minutes and reflection reports on practical work assignments

Teaching methods

Presentation and activating explorative methods: students learn, experience and reflect (spoken and written) on the methodically/didactically physiotherapeutically designed exercise units
