As a highly trained civil engineer, a wide range of professional opportunities are open to you depending on the specializations you choose. Choosing a specialization in “Construction” and “Infrastructure Construction” will optimally prepare you for major national and international projects. In civil engineering and infrastructure construction you will assume project management responsibility in the construction of roads, railways, bridges, tunnels, landfills or in the context of hydraulic engineering projects. Choosing a specialization in “Sustainability in Civil Engineering” and “Repair and Revitalization” will pave the way for a professional future in building construction. You will expand your professional skills in the specific areas of revitalization, urban renewal, preservation of monuments and material and resource management.
Equivalence is determined by international agreements, validation or in individual cases a decision by the head of the academic section. In specific cases the head of the program may formally recognize a qualification.
A total of 60 places are available each year on the Master program in Civil Engineering and Construction Management. The ratio of places to applicants is currently around 1:2,5.
