Health Promotion Research The main focus is on the topic of health promotion and health literacy from the perspective of health and nursing. Promoting these topics contributes significantly to making the right health-related decisions and enabling people to lead a self-determined life in this regard.
Evaluation Research Evaluation research is mainly done by focusing on the accuracy and sustainability of health-promoting services for and with vulnerable groups. Furthermore, the evaluation of web-based course content for students is a central and future-oriented research area.
Digitization and Health Another central research area, in which several FH Campus Wien departments are involved, is concerned with the development of technical solutions for the care of (elderly) people in different areas of their life. The development and refinement of assistive technologies is being developed in a multi-faceted manner through interdisciplinary approaches.
