The course provides an overview of all aspects of real estate development using examples. The necessity for a solid project development analysis and evaluation methods are explained in theory and practice and practiced interactively with concrete projects. Lecture contents

Students solve a design task in its following aspects and in interdisciplinary team (students of architecture and students of civil engineering ): architectural design, planning for permit approval, construction-related tasks (eg preparation of tender documents, spreadsheets, etc. ), structural design, execution drawings , calculation , construction sequencing and project management, building physics.
The studio aims to develop the design, including the principles of integral design in interdisciplinary teams. It is prepared using scale plans, models, perspective sketches, renderings and descriptions.
