Works Council
The works council represents the interests of the workforce and the individual employees in relation to the management. It advises, steers, communicates and acts as a mediator. The members of the works council consider discretion and confidentiality about the employees’ details to be not only their responsibility but is also a requirement. The legal foundations of the works council’s activities are ruled by the Labour Constitution Act.
