New: Degree programmes in the field of health increase the diversity on offer

The courses offered by the Higher Education Institutions for Special Allied Health Professions and Midwives of Vienna have transferred to the University of Applied Sciences, FH Campus Wien. Up to now these were run by the Association of Viennese Hospitals (Wiener Krankenanstaltenverbund) in the form of academies. Beginning in autumn 2007 they will be offered as Bachelor degree programmes by the FH Campus Wien in cooperation with the Association of Viennese Hospitals. |

After the successful relaunch of its corporate design, the FH Campus Wien is starting the search campaign “Where are you looking for your degree course?” The aim of the campaign is to make the FH Campus Wien an important partner in the search for the right education. |

The heads of the Life Science degree programmes at the Austrian universities of applied sciences, which, during the past few years, have offered successful bachelor, master and diploma degree programmes in various Life Science fields, have united in a close cooperation and in the platform “FH-BIOFORUM”. |
10-years of “Civil Engineering and Construction Management”

300 highly qualified specialists for the construction industry graduated from the FH- degree programme “Civil Engineering and Construction Management” during the ten years of its existence. This was reason enough for a special celebration on 12th October. Students, graduates, lecturers and business representatives came, in order to look back and look forward with the degree programme. |
R&D PLC (F&E GmbH) becomes knowledge hub in the field of engineering

Hans Tschürtz, Head of the Research and Development PLC (F&E GmbH) at the FH Campus Wien, presented on 13th September 2006 for the first time its F&E competencies. The aim of the event "campus meets company" was to present to the attending companies the idea of the knowledge hub in the field of engineering. |
