Students will acquire the know-how necessary for the planning, organisation, control and leadership of organisations in the social sector.
- At the core of the Master degree programme is the relevant expertise in the fields of organisation, personnel management (including labour law and leadership), cost management and financing, quality management, social marketing and international project management - adapted to the needs of organisations in the social sphere.
- Empirical-scientific working – combined with one’s own research work – enables you to find new solutions and concepts for the application of social work and social economy.
- Additionally, curricula developed by the involved European partner universities, instruction in an international team and Europe-wide exchange of teaching content and practical examples enhance the quality of the degree programme.
