Your Bachelor’s Degree Program at a Glance
The public sector needs a modern and efficient administration. To achieve this goal, constant processes of change, restructurings and outsourcing of government functions take place. The reasons for this are the optimal utilization of dwindling resources and the increasing quality requirements for services and (flexible) processes. This results in the need for highly qualified employees at the national, European and international levels.
The program is intended for those who are already working in the public sector. Within the framework of the bachelor's degree program, you will be specifically trained in the areas of resource, personnel, financial and organizational management. You will benefit from a deepening of your professional knowledge and a broadening and development of your social and personal skills as well as your communication and leadership skills. In addition to your service orientation, the program and your occupational responsibilities will require business, integrated and process-oriented thinking skills, flexibility, and creative power, as well as team and conflict management skills.
* of which 2 semesters from the V2/A2 certificate will be accredited toward your studies
** under accreditation of the 2 semesters from the V2/A2 basic training
