When is the registration deadline?

The online application for the academic year 2012/13 is possible from October 27^th, 2011 to April 5^th, 2012.

Please note that the program is currently only available for applicants who have an A2/V2 certificate or an equivalent qualification.

What admission requirements are recognized?

• High school diploma: university entrance qualification or degree from a general or vocational secondary school
• Equivalent foreign diploma: the equivalence is determined by international agreement, recognition of the diploma, or in individual cases by decision of the Program Director
• Vocational university entrance qualification
• University entrance examination
• Civil servant promotions examination (Matura B)
• In addition, you will need
  • at least 4 years professional experience in public service or a similar service
  • to have completed a V2/A2 basic training or equivalent qualification

What do I need for the application?

The completed online application form is required for your application. The email confirmation of your online application will contain detailed information about the further admission process.

When does the admission process take place?

The written test will be held on Saturday April 12^th 2012, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at FH Campus Wien, Favoritenstraße 226, 1100 Vienna, Room B.E.01.

NOTICE: This date is mandatory for ALL applicants! Therefore, please be sure to keep this date free!
The admission interviews (for applicants who pass the written test) will be held from 7^th until 10^th May and from 14^th until 16^th May 2012 at Schloss Laudon - Oktogon, Mauerbachstraße 43, 1140 Vienna.

The invitation for the interview will be sent until 25^th April 2012.

What are the steps of the admission process?

The admission process consists of a written (psychological) test and, if this test is passed, an oral admission interview. Information on the admission process can be found in the toolbox on the right.

How can I shorten the duration of study?

By the accreditation of the V2/A2 basic training toward the first two semesters, you can reduce the duration of study to 4 semesters.
