Your future career

Basically, your line of work will include diagnostics, radiotherapy or nuclear medicine. The diagnostic procedures range from skeleton radiology to computed tomography, MRT and PET. In radiotherapy your scope of responsibilities will range from planning and execution to quality control.

You will plan, simulate, design and implement treatment plans of tumor diseases. The field of nuclear medicine comprises the examination of patients or radiochemical laboratory tests. As a radiation safety expert you will ensure the protection of both patients and staff against ionising radiation

In the medical-devices industry you will train people in the use of major medical devices, you will advise on the implementation of teleradiological systems and imageless (digital) X-ray units and cooperate in the development of medical products.
