Overview of your studies
The maintenance and reestablishment of the motivity of people are at the heart of physiotherapy. It thereby takes account of the individual functions and needs of the patients.
As a physiotherapist you will work in the area of prevention, therapy and rehabilitation. You will analyse the patients’ movements, create plans for treatment together with the patients, select therapeutic interventions and implement them. In the context of prevention you will be particularly active in health education and - consultation and will apply preventive methods.
The theoretical knowledge you acquire during the degree course is closely linked to its practical application within internships and during work in R&D projects. Your tasks during your studies and in your job require an interest in medicine, social-communicative expertise and motor skills.
