Curriculum and ECTS

The curriculum provides a detailed overview of the courses, goals, methods, number of hours and credits allocated to each course.

What is the program “worth”? The individual academic performance is allocated credits according to the provisions of the ECTS (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System) (30 per semester or 60 per academic year). Admission to a master's degree program requires a minimum of 180 ECTS credits in total.

With your master's degree program in “Risk Management & Corporate Security”, you will have earned 120 ECTS credits. You will have thus fulfilled the requirements for a postgraduate doctoral program.

Type of Instruction / Times

• Admission: for the Schedule of Classes, please refer to the menu item "Organisation of the Academic Year"
• You will study “part-time”.
• The attendance phases will be once a month from Friday to Monday (4 days), thus ensuring that the program can be attended by students from all over Austria and also from abroad. Instruction between the attendance phases will take place as blended learning and independent study.

Since this program provides training for top management positions in the field of risk management & corporate security, importance will also be placed on appearance and an appropriate learning atmosphere and culture.
