For the FH Campus Wien, gender mainstreaming means the inclusion of the gender perspective into all activities and measures, with the goal of promoting the equality of everyone.
Diversity management integrates sociocultural and physical distinguishing features into all procedures, in order to facilitate the equal access to resources such as education, employment etc. as well as inclusion at all levels of society and education for everyone associated with the institution.
